The impact gun itself is pretty good. The issue I have is with their customer services. I’m still doing battle with them and as it is an ongoing battle, it makes buying this brand of impact gun a very negative experience. I’ve been sent a faulty battery and the wrong charger and an incomplete belt clip, all of which “one van” refuse to rectify. So although the impact gun is ok, buying any product from them, runs the risk of similar negative customer service experience. My advice to anyone would be, unless you can afford a 2 month battle with customer services, shop elsewhere.
Veio faltando um pequeno parafuso , e veio com EU plug invés UK plug. Sem problemas , isso não me incomoda.
Usei na roda do carro , e removeu o parafuso sem problemas. Parece bem potente de fato. Bem pesada também essa impacto 2800N m

As indicações 928VF e 588VF eram códigos internos antigos usados para diferenciar capacidades. Atualizámos o design da bateria e agora todas são marcadas como 21V. Isso não afeta o desempenho nem a compatibilidade com a ferramenta. Pode usar normalmente.

A rendelésem sikeresen megérkezett, a fizetés, szállítás (kicsit hosszúra sikerült 11 munka nap) rendben volt.
A rendelt piros szín helyett kéket kaptam, ami nem annyira szimpatikus, hiszen azért van lehetőség választani, hogy én döntsem el melyiket veszem meg. A szín problémával közben kibékültem.
A gépet már 2 hete használom, személy autón minden csavart (még a 17 éves berohadt csavart is) gond nélkül kicsavar. A meghúzás kellően erős, közepes fokozaton sincs szükség utána húzni. Az egyik akkut tesztelem csak, az első teljes feltöltés után még mindig a 3 led világít.
Negatív: a befogó fejről néha lecsúszik a dugókulcs, a fém gyűrűs rögzítésnél a hagyományos rugós golyó sokkal jobb lenne. Összességében (hosszú keresés és sok negatív komment után kockáztatva) jó választás volt, remek ár-érték arány, ajánlani tudom.

A gépet kipróbáltam (gyors próba néhány valóban keményen meghúzott, rozsdás csavaron) és valóban úgy teszi a dolgát, ahogy azt én a hirdetés videók alapján elvárom. A későbbi, folyamatos munkánál majd meglátom hogyan teljesít.
Összességében az első ismerkedés alapján jó választás volt, megérte az árát, ajánlani tudom.

I was 3 weeks waiting for this thing to arrive and when it finally did the wrong charger came with it trying to get through to them to explain I couldn’t use it was like talking to the wall now this morning finally been told the charger is being shipped today but will take another week which will probably end up being another month it’s a complete joke I’m a full month waiting for this and it’s on the shelf and is as useful as a brick to me don’t waste your money or time
Impact wrench seems low on power for a supposedly 2800Nm machine. No markings on the machine to indicate or to verify the power output. Not sure I received the machine I asked and paid for.
The product arrived on time and in good condition. The case is not sturdy, one battery does not fit very well, which over time and vibrations will break. Otherwise it is very good.It easily unscrews anything you give it in my Sprinter bus with its own batteries. I think with a Makita battery it will be stronger.
The tool is not as powerful as advertised
On car hub knuckle bolts the impact gun will not break the bolt i need to break bolts with my hand 1st. On wheel nuts and less tight bolts its OK.
