Very disappointing delivery experience. A new machine was delivered without the battery and charger. I contacted the support team immediately, but I have not received any response so far. Without the battery and charger, the machine is completely unusable. I expect the missing items to be delivered promptly and the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

I think it’s VERY heavy in one hand. It also leaves some deep marks after nailing even if it’s in shallow mode. It’s also difficult for me to see where the nails go in, where to point the tip at. It arrived in a bix . Still waiting for case. I ordered a 3 pin UK plug but got a 2 pin . I have contacted vanman but still waiting for replacement. I had 1 battery that was fully charged so tested nail gun and it seems ok , the other battery was flat and tried to charge in shaver socket with No luck still remained flat , so waiting for 3 pin charger to arrive.
