I purchased this as a nail gun but it is only a glorified staple gun, and I can not find any staples to go with. I am very very disappointed with this item.
My package arrived and the item in the case to charge the batteries is broken (charging cable). There is no broken piece attachment for the hole on the charging cable. The case and items it was containing looks like it was used and returned and repackaged with a broken component. Highly disappointed and upset with this purchase!
Machine arrive used AND defective all they were willing to offer is 30% back all I wanted was a replacement! Customer services were horrific

By adding instructions as to how to to use the tools Very disappointed in the product , from the advertising l thought it was really going to help with my back , but l have spent more time trying to get it to work and it doesn’t seem capable of cutting anything longer than a couple of inches, so no very upset .

This unit is supposed to come with two batteries and a charger and a UK plug.
What I got was a European plug, a UK plug adaptor, two batteries and no charger.
I also paid for express shipping which should have been 6-8 Working Days, the unit was ordered 18th of May, it arrived on 11-06-2026 a full 19 days later 11 days later than I had paid for. in short, don't pay for express shipping, you'll be disappointed.

The saw broke before starting to work. While starting in air, everything seemed fine, trying to cut a piece of wood showed the saw has no power at all, it was not able to cut anything (may be whipped cream), even the smallest pressure towards the wood breaked down the movement of the chain, in like third attempt it started to rattle inside and in ten seconds something broke. No more rattle, the engin starts but the chain does not move. (see the video). All the saw could manage is half a cm incut in the piece of wood as seen in the photo.
When I tried to contact you guys for warranty, your app did not accept the video display. I had no other means to send the video so I just remained frustrated, it will not operate normally like any other impact, it only operates normally when you are tightening and not during loosening
Bought the complete kit 3 items but nail gun didn’t work so contacted them sent video showing what was wrong got reply to follow start up instructions still didn’t work told them again told to follow same instruction am a professional joiner so know what I’m doing 3rd time no reply I’ve give up wasted my money as they have no intention of replacing broken nail gun so I hope yours work as if it doesn’t that’s when you will have a problem

I was going to change to summer tires today and I have three cars. It worked fine on the first three tires and then the machine stopped working. The batteries are fully charged but nothing happens. This is the second machine that is broken after a short use. I ordered the first one through Temu and got my money back and then ordered this machine directly from you. I didn't have to pay the shipping back to Temu.
I am very sad cause two of your machines have been bad but I need a replacement machine from you. I think you have good machines as I own two others for other purposes.
How should I get another machine that works? There should be a warranty on the machine that is broken. I don't want to pay the shipping back to you for the broken one, like I did with Temu.

Simple fix, charge cable was damaged I would imagine from when caught putting in box. Tried emailing to only get auto responses. Cant call them , emails don’t get answered . Have spent money on this and can’t use it weeks later. Tool looks ok, service or if you have a problem non existent!!!!
Don’t chance loosing your money
I came damaged I sent emails with pictures to costumer support and they kept saying please send us the pictures of the damaged over and over
I definitely not happy with the tool or service I don’t recommend buying anything from them I was very disappointed with you guys
