OneVan products are good and the Customer Service Team responds promptly. But OneVan sent the wrong size blades for my cordless lawnmower. And when I spoke to customer service they only said that they would investigate. They should have sent the correct size blades immediately.

I might give a 5 star rating but I recently ordered refill blades and the original tool that came with it to take the blades off. They sent me a regular wrench and not the same tool that came with it. So now I have a tool that is sitting in my garage with new refill blades, that is completely useless because I don’t have the tool to remove the old ones. And yes I have tried every tool I can find or personally own.
