Other items ive ordered directly from Onevan come in nice "retail" packaging with your brand, and a nice little colour instruction book.
This arrived in a plain brown box, rather battered (it inside undamaged), with only 1 thin bubblewrap bag around it. The instruction books included are as pictured.
This is EXACTLY how cheap tools from AliExpress and Temu arrive - I know as I've ordered plenty. I could have bought exactly the same tool £10+any available vouchers LESS than you charged. I paid more wanting a genuine retail UK market took. I got cheap but over-paid for it.
Aside from feeling totally ripped off, it's a decent tool, works really well and has superb power for an offset (ratchet style) impact gun. I just wish I'd bought it from Temu and saved enough for another battery!
The only other issue was exceptionally slow delivery. The impact gun i ordered from you The same day arrived about 2 weeks earlier!
Great piece of kit but definitely not as advertised. It won't undo fasteners that my baby Makita will.
Shame about the mis-representation as it is actually a great piece of kit so long as you lower your expectations.
It has certainly put me off buying one of the big impact wrenches for fear it'll be nowhere near man enough.
