Pleasantly surprised with this impact wrench, for me going work on my motorcycle and car his is ideal for my tool collection, now you won’t be going taking nuts off a truck wheel, unit itself feels quite robust, battery very light so will be interesting to see how long they last. Again the charger unit feels light but how heavy does it have to be. Value for money 10/10

Arrived on time and is exactly what is advertised. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks the part. The only issue I have is that I had ordered the UK plug and I received the European one.

I am very pleased with the unit , looks very good and has an ergonomic grip at work. The only missing point is a clear userinformation for the unit in our Language, and a clear info over the 4 selectable levels by the “ mode” button. Is the selectable level torque or speed? Further no comments , and I am planning to buy also further products, as a drilling machine.

Used the impact 3 times, twice just to test it when I purchased it . Then I went to use it to back out a lag bolt and it smoked, I used a ratchet and back it out by hand. 1200 pounds of torque ???? Really!!!

You guys advertise product that will unscrew any car tires walnuts, but it will not do mine and it’s basic SUV. I contact the customer service and I wanted to get a refund and they asked me for proof of pictures. What kind of my SUV tire sizes or ball nuts which is kind of ridiculous. I want my money back simple as that thank you.
