Hello.I. Tested my saw today and cut up my christmas three. 5-6 branches thick as a fingerpori then it died.Very disappointing.I have bought a impact wrench before that im very please with. Now there no power to the spocket that drivers the chain. Tested with 2 differenti fully Charged makita 5 ah batteries and no succes.

Ordered the pruner waited ages it seemed for it to arrive only to find out all the parts were not there. It was the part the chain runs on so I can’t tell whether the pruner works or not. I could send it back and wait goodness how long for a replacement, instead I ordered the missing part, extra cost, as I need an electric pruner urgently. After the above review I have heard nothing from the company, oh well one day good service will be mandatory (good joke)

I have sent an emails to Mandy Impossible to lock the chain on. The neighbours have tried(one a chainsaw user). We try hard to lock the chain but it keeps loosening. The online video shows locking a previous model with a screwdriver. This has a thumbscrew thing. I want to return it please How do I do that? Ian.
