Chainsaw broke during second use, mechanical bits inside just kept spinning but no movement on the chain part then stopped all together. Which was after the 60 day return. Very weak and not a great product.

The pruner is fantastic. The chainsaw has ti be put together which it didn't show on the video promoting it . Ibwas very disappointed with thag and have been unable to get it together so a definite issue for me

Not water resistant. Not so powerful. Can't cut more than 15 / 20mm. Not possible to charge the batteries on a makita charger. No accurate manual owner. Ok for tbe rest...

Delighted from start to finish, it arrived within a few days, i got notified of the delivery date etc, it is easy to charge & click together. My husband loves it, very easy to assemble the chain saw too. Super easy to use both chain saw and snips and works very well on the extension pole too.highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying. Just remember to do regular chain oil checks for the chainsaw.also the snips is nice and powerful. Keep well away from children!

I got these for my girlfriend who loves a garden tool. They work really well my girlfriend has been all around the garden and put them to good use. The battery seems to last a fair while. You do have to give the secateurs time to come on and give the 2nd "beep" . Overall couldn't be happier.

Geen geweldig apparaat, bouwkwaliteit is minimaal. Accu's zijn niet erg zwaar dus weinig capaciteit. Het voelt allemaal niet heel erg robuust aan, ik denk dat het voor sporadisch gebruik wel zal voldoen maar verwacht geen semi-professioneel gereedschap.

Some issues with the clipper, I realise when you switch it on there is a small delay before you hear a second alarm before you can use, however on a couple of occasions now the second alarm does not sound and you cannot use the tool. I have to switch off again and knock back on. This happened on the third time of using it. 🫣Also I may have missed the instruction, but I have not noticed anything to explain about chain saw oil eg. where it goes, how much or type.

Slight difficulty attaching the battery to the gadget Totally the wrong charger fitting ( I received European fitting and NOT UK fitting as requested); I had to buy the adapter Very good child proof clipper ( can do with a wider opening). Safe efficient handy chainsaw , good hand grip and light weight even with the extended attachment
