Working like a charm. But may bought a size to big. It's really heavy. And the battery charger wasn't "Makita" it was only a cord like to laptop. And I don't think the battery last long they are really light. But as I said it does take of the bolts on my car with ease. Good price and fast delivery.

What happened to the "588v" batteries??? When I ordered the machine the picture was clear: - it comes with those big batteries..!! Instead, I received two small regular batteries!!!

Looks and feels like a great gun but unfortunately it underperforms I got the 1800nm and the 3100nm guns and 1800nm is far stronger when it’s put to the test also I ordered uk plugs and I got eu ones I was the price is great but only if it works I am very happy with the 1800nm gun but I wouldn’t buy the 3100nm again

The 3/4 impact is pure junk. Will not remove a nut. It just goes dead while impacting, and you have to remove the battery to start again just to happen again. They sent me another gun, and it does the same thing. Bought Makita batteries and the same thing. Save your money.
