Arrived in good time and all the parts enclosed but the ser up instructions weren't clear enough hence a little difficult for me to assemble.
My only criticism is although I am living in England, I was sent a European plug and had to buy a converter plug.
I used both metal cutters which was very good although I found the metal bar was warning up after using it for 30 minutes consistently. I used it for just cutting around the ends which was fantastic. I am hoping the metal blades will have a long life span falling which I will need to know where I can get replacements.

I haven't use it alot but I can't see it cutting stick up. I was going through will the blade on it when long grass got in the guard the grass boundup the blade. So I haven't checked the battery's out for longevity. It's light weight easy to handle. This unit is only good for residential homes but no to the acreage living.

The best of what is available on the market today plenty of add-ons. Yet, like all I have experienced and that is quite a few of this strimmers. It finds hard to attack old wood branches but ideal for the pottering around gardener. Who want to tidy up hedges grass. I bought the Erobi which is far to heavy for an elderly person, this is more the weight at my age you want to be lifting. Result I taking care of this tool it is going to be used agaiin

Je ne parle pas anglais, j'ai cherché pour le monté mais j'ai trouvé en cherchant bien sinon j'ai été du étonné du résultat en bien j'ai acheté également la grande lame qui je suppose va sur votre appareil ,merci si il y avait un problème avec la grande lame prennez contact avec moi (en francais) pour me dire si je dois acheter autre choses pour m'en servir, merci et bonne soirée.
