Ordered UK plug but was sent Eu plug. Waiting for replacement. Quality is not good, made from very cheap plastic material. The instructions are really bad, can’t follow them. Not worth the money.
I can't use the wheels because one side of the support is melted. It arrived this way. I can't attach these weel on one side. I would appreciatie it if you could send an other support so i can use the wheels. Thank you.
Fanns ingen instruktion hur trimmern skulle sättas ihop.Funkar inte att köra med hjulen, går inte att köra intill kanter. Vid första användningen vid start gick svarta hjulhållaren/kåpan sönder, se bild. Själva trimmern vred sig på skaftet när man försökte köra den på hjulen så den blev sned se bild. Kunde lika gärna kastat pengarna i sjön.

I am continuing my review. I could successfully install the lawn mower using the instructions I found on YouTube. There was an issue with the sound the saw blade made when turning, but after contacting One Van, I decided to use the device, and it performed well. I have not used it for long, but I am satisfied so far, and raised the number of stars to four. The communication with One Van was good and polite. Thank you!
Vary easy to use, I have arthritis so needed something lighter, the wheels make it so much easier.

This is a very preliminary review. The instructions on the piece of paper delivered are bad, but the instructions on YouTube are much better, although they could also be made better. However, one YouTube video showed that the most important nut that keeps the cutter blade tight, is tightened by turning the nut counterclockwise, not clockwise as usual!! I am not sure I have seen this ever before! It should be told to customers. I have not used the product yet, so I will continue my review later.
Details of how to put the thing together it has sat in the box for over a week the piece of paper that comes with it does not explain in any detail how to put it together so it can be used safely

Haven’t been able to assemble it yet, can’t get the nut started on the shaft… I am recovering from surgery on my left hand so I’m hoping, when my hand is better, I can overcome the problem. Thanks!

Generally well made. No real instructions for the assembly.. 4 cutting attachments. Strimmer attachment not fit for use. Edging blade tool was superb.
