Worked fine and was impressed for a while cutting light sheet steel and aluminium a bit slow cutting wood but may ave been the blade anyhow after a while couple of months to be exact the mother started to smell and was getting very hot the while cutting some threaded bar it stopped and was smoking badly so let it cool down ( obviously out of warranty by time ) found that the motor has melted the cooling fan so probably won’t be buying again if it’s only going to last for a few months better off spending a bit more for a better make with a 12 month warranty
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the saw.
I used it for the first time fitting a Loft hatch and cutting out the area in the existing ceiling. I found it easy to use and reasonably light to handle.
I think for the price it offers a very good alternative to some of the higher priced saws that are available.
