Only used it three or four times for total of maybe 15 minutes and it quit working. Tried both batteries, but both of them on the charger messed with reverse direction switch, and still nothing. Very disappointed and it took too long to receive it.

Feels good to hold, charger is not long at all, Not that powerful. Batteries won't charge properly. Onevan asks for a video so I send it then they blame the charger and I said my other onevan charger does the same and now they want another video.

Took weeks to arrive, then came with EU charger and an adapter. If you could live with that then it's ok. Nowhere near as powerful as advertised, but good in the hand and does the job . Comes with sockets which are rubbish. If you live in EU then fine Have been in daily contact with seller. One day they say they will send a replacement, the next day ask me to confirm address, and the next day tell me that I need to check my order. This has been on repeat for two weeks. The reply to this will be.... Please contact one van service........ Waste of time
